How does Fri3d Camp use your data?
In short: personal information of Fri3d Camp participants is only used for organizing the camp and communicating with the participants.
Extended privacy statement
Fri3d Camp, as responsible party for processing personal information, makes sure that the processing of information always happens according to current legal and regulatory rules to protect the personal privacy of natural persons. In particular “Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC” (General Data Protection Regulation), and any other relevant national or international regulations pertaining to the protection of information.
If Fri3d Camp asks a participant for personal information needed to ensure a successful camp, and the participant refuses to provide this information, Fri3d Camp can refuse to either engage in or continue any sort of relationship with this participant. Personal information is collected directly from the participant or the person who is buying or will buy tickets on behalf of this participant. Persons who collect information and pass it on to Fri3d Camp are also subject to the scope of application of these legal and regulatory rules. They must also ensure that the participants are informed that the information is passed on to Fri3d Camp. Fri3d Camp assumes that the person who buys the tickets has been authorized by the persons whose information she/he passes on to Fri3d Camp, if required.
After the camp is done, the information corresponding to your ticket purchase will not be stored for longer than is needed to wrap up the camp's administration.
The e-mail address of participants will be stored longer, to inform participants about future editions of Fri3d Camp. These emails always contain an unsubscribe link.
